Ideas Competition Submission — Located between Warner Park and Lake Mendota, Warner Beach has the ability to become a waterfront amenity that functions as an integral community connector of natural systems, regional paths, and recreation. The proposed design provides a playful, yet functional, community asset that adds multiple land and water access points, increases biodiversity and habitat, downsizes parking, and improves water flow between Lake Mendota and Warner Park lagoon.
