Located in downtown Wauwatosa, the 69th Street Plaza helped establish a distinct East Tosa identity with custom designed tables, lounges, signs, and lights, while minimizing stormwater runoff with pervious pavers and rain gardens. The flexible .25-acre plaza provides East Tosa with a much needed outdoor venue to host small to medium scale community events and gatherings throughout the year.
Role: Project work completed at SmithGroup. Eric’s team role was project design from conceptual design through design development.
