Pearl Street Park is a .5-acre public park located in the heart of Sioux City’s downtown. Its proximity to the children’s museum inspired playful design components that include a central lawn with native boulders and reclaimed logs for climbing, interactive music features, shaded seating areas, and a sensory garden.
Role: Project work completed at SmithGroup. Eric’s team role was project manager from concept design through construction administration.
